1. Accounts, Registrations, and Teams

When creating an account on ILTIQA (via email registration), you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. For Enterprise plans supporting team structures, the team owner is responsible for managing member roles and monitoring access within their workspace.

2. Acceptable Use and Banned Redirects

Our dynamic redirect service is provided to facilitate content routing. You are strictly prohibited from generating QR codes that link to:

• //Phishing sites, fraud campaigns, or deceptive login pages.
• //Malware, viruses, ransomware, or scripts harmful to end-user devices.
• //Illegal content or material violating third-party intellectual property rights.
• //Spam, advertising loops, or deceptive redirects designed to mislead users.
• //Content promoting violence, hate speech, or illicit activities.
• //Note: We reserve the absolute right to audit, suspend, or permanently delete any dynamic QR code that violates these rules, without prior notification or liability.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features and subscription tiers are subject to the following guidelines:

• //Plans & Upgrades: We offer premium tiers (Pro & Enterprise) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Paddle.
• //Cancellation & Limits: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon expiration or exceedance of system limits (e.g., more than 10 codes on Pro or 1000 codes on Enterprise), extra dynamic codes will automatically pause or display an inactive message.
• //Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscriptions if you are not fully satisfied, provided there is no evidence of service abuse or terms violation.

4. Intellectual Property and Branding

We own all source code, software architecture, stylesheets, layout templates, and official logos of ILTIQA. Users are granted a limited license to generate, download, and commercially use the visual QR assets. Under custom branding settings, the user remains fully responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to any custom logos or brand names uploaded to their generated QR codes.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ILTIQA is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we aim for exceptional redirection speeds and high availability (supporting a 99.9% uptime guarantee for Enterprise clients via SLA), we are not liable for any damages resulting from temporary service disruptions, hosting outages, domain blocks, or automated filtering of malicious URLs.

6. Amendments to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of our services after updates represents your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
